- An applicant or certified client raises an appeal to contest any decision of NNICC within 14 days after being informed of a decision.
- Appeal committee is constituted to investigate the appeal.
- Members of the appeal committee are not involved in the decision.
- Appeal committee meeting is held within 30 days of the receipt of notification from the appellant.
- The appellant is notified with a written notice about time and place of the appeal committee meeting.
- The appellant is informed in writing about the decision of the appeal committee within 7 days of the committee decision.
